Other than the two bolts in the shaft the only thing left to be done when trying to remove the 2 Bike Add-On for Thule T2 Pro XTB # TH9036XT would be to loosen the linkage using the hex key. The linkage is threaded into the center bolt hole below where the Add-On piece slides in.

I think you may have missed a screw as there are 3 screws which hold the Lift Motor # MA10-20270 in place on your MaxxAir MaxxFan. With all 3 screws removed the motor should fall out fairly easily. Based on your pictures your 2017 Winnebago View does in fact have a charge line. The + on the number 4 pin should have 12 Volt power. If you haven't tested it, I recommend using a circuit tester like the # PTW2993 to see if there is power on that pin/wire. If you don't have power it is probably an issue with a fuse. Try checking the owner's manual for the fuse location and add or replace the fuse if necessary.

It looks like you have the Valterra RV Sewer Hose Storage Hatch w/ Lock # D04-0471VP, which means you'd have a lock like the Replacement Cam Lock with Key # A510 instead of the Valterra Replacement Cam Lock # A520VP.
